Role overview
Support the management of the competence and department (Head of Science and Technology, Management and Chief of Staff) in conceptual, organizational and administrative matters – in particular by preparing decision bases, coordinating processes and creating support funds Contributing to the further development of the W+T division in the field of industrial relations and compensation business In commercial processes – from contract entry to order processing – working in a responsible environment To help shape cooperation with national and international partners – in particular to prepare and follow-up bilateral meetings, to draw up travel dossiers and to take on internal coordination and content preparation Actively participate in various projects and assume responsibility on a case-by-case basis – incl.
Planning, organization and implementation of own initiatives Completed bachelor's or master's degree or shortly before graduation (preferably business or political science, public management or international relations) Engaged, independent, solution-oriented and resilient personality with rapid comprehension, high flexibility and the ability to use new digital tools efficiently and safely in everyday work.
Structured conceptual, editorial and analytical thinking skills as well as structured, networked and solution-oriented working methods – also across disciplines Great interest in management, security policy and new technologies as well as enjoyment of exchange and cooperation with experts
- Willingness to actively engage in an agile environment and help shape change You have oral and written knowledge of an official language.
