Role overview
- Working in projects of personnel and organizational development and recruitment
- Support in daily business – which ranges from the organisation of leadership training and the conception of offers such as talent management or company health management to the implementation of pilot projects in the field of new work and agility
- Participate in the planning, preparation and implementation of training courses, workshops and other events (such as leadership training, event for university interns)
- Wherever you need an extra pair of eyes, a second opinion or a helping hand
- Bachelor or Master in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or in a Related Field
- Good skills in (scientific) research and analysis technology in order to work on more complex topics in a structured way
- Enjoy contact with a wide range of people and professional groups – from trainees to professional officers and HR business partners
- Engaged and independent personality with interest who likes to think, ask (even uncomfortable) questions and bring in new ideas
