Role overview

Coordination and preparation of visit dossiers for meetings related to the EPC, in particular the 9th EPC Summit in Dublin in the second half of 2026;

Research and editorial work for the creation of thematic files and dossier contributions in connection with the EPC;

Company and context

  • Supporting the content preparation and internal administrative coordination regarding the organization of the 10th EPC summit in the first half of 2027 in Switzerland.
  • This includes, among other things, participation in the editing of issue papers relating to the summit, the creation of visit dossiers and support in the preparation and follow-up of internal administrative meetings in connection with the organization of the summit.
  • If necessary, support other sections within the EU coordination of the Europe Department in other policy areas. University degree (Master);
  • strong interest in the area of ​​European integration and Swiss European policy;
  • independent and efficient way of working, ability to work precisely and accurately, organizational talent, sociable and enthusiastic, flexible and resilient; very good editorial skills;
