Role overview
Coordination and preparation of visit dossiers for meetings related to the EPC, in particular the 9th EPC Summit in Dublin in the second half of 2026;
Research and editorial work for the creation of thematic files and dossier contributions in connection with the EPC;

Company and context
- Supporting the content preparation and internal administrative coordination regarding the organization of the 10th EPC summit in the first half of 2027 in Switzerland.
- This includes, among other things, participation in the editing of issue papers relating to the summit, the creation of visit dossiers and support in the preparation and follow-up of internal administrative meetings in connection with the organization of the summit.
- If necessary, support other sections within the EU coordination of the Europe Department in other policy areas. University degree (Master);
- strong interest in the area of European integration and Swiss European policy;
- independent and efficient way of working, ability to work precisely and accurately, organizational talent, sociable and enthusiastic, flexible and resilient; very good editorial skills;
- You find it easy to reduce complex issues to the essentials and formulate them in a way that is tailored to the target group;
- high resilience and the ability to keep an overview and a cool head even in hectic times and with high workloads;
- Willingness to delve into thematically different dossiers depending on the needs of the department;
- Very good oral and written knowledge of two official languages as well as English.
