Deutsch oder Französisch beherrschst du auf Niveau C2 und die jeweils andere Sprache auf Niveau B2.

In this role, you will shape the organizational, cultural and technological development of the transport police and combine strategy with concrete impact for travelers and employees.
You work closely with the management and the operational units, drive innovations and have space for your own ideas as well as for your professional and personal development.
You recognize, assess and anticipate current trends and developments in the police system and related areas and anchor appropriate approaches sustainably in the organization.
You will carry out project portfolio management by planning, controlling and prioritizing all ongoing and planned projects.
You lead challenging sub-projects or projects, actively participate in projects and support the management on issues relating to police and security.
You will evaluate and introduce modern tools and systems for operational forces together with the departments.
