Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for managing complex transformation and change programs.
• Responsibility for programme governance, planning, budget, quality, risks and deadlines.
• Coordination and control of several projects, streams and interdisciplinary teams.
• Active stakeholder management at executive, management and operational levels.
• Ensure a transparent decision-making, reporting and escalation structure.
• Management of organizational changes as well as alignment of business, architecture, delivery and operational goals.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing major transformation, digitalization or strategy programs.
• Demonstrate success as a program manager, transformation manager, delivery lead or portfolio manager.
• Experience in managing complex environments with numerous stakeholders and suppliers.
• In-depth understanding of software development, system integration, enterprise architecture and organizational transformation.
• Very good knowledge of budget, resource and risk management as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
