Full description

You will help shape strategic topics and new business opportunities at BKW Energy Markets. In three stations you will work on market analyses, customer solutions and business development and get to know different perspectives of the energy business. Start: 1 March 2027.

Your tasks

Strategy Energy Markets

• You analyze energy markets, competitive and regulatory developments and derive recommendations for action from them
• You work on Energy Markets strategy and initiatives and prepare the basis for management decisions

Business Development Flexibility

• You identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the area of flexibility
• You support the management of the project portfolio and create transparency about status, milestones, risks, dependencies and decision-making needs

Customer Solutions

• You will analyze and lay out local energy systems for industrial customers and develop economic considerations as well as tailor-made energy supply offers
• You prepare these for customers, participate in presentations and support customer projects and Group companies

You bring that with you

• You have completed a degree in economics, engineering or a related discipline
• You have already collected first touch points with the energy industry, business development, strategy or project management
• You have a basic understanding of energy economics and battery technologies
• Topics such as customer journey and competition analysis are familiar to you
• You will analyze complex questions in a structured manner, combine economic and technical perspectives and provide ready results in a manner appropriate to the addressee
• You work safely with Excel for analysis and with PowerPoint for presentations
• You communicate negotiably in German and well in English
