In this exciting combination, you take on responsibility for tour planning and at the same time act as a specialist in everyday care.
To support our teams, we are looking for immediately or by appointment: Tour planning / health specialist EFZ or nursing specialist HF/FH 80% Your tasks:
- Providing customers with needs- and situation-based care
- Organizing nursing and housekeeping assignments as well as comfort services
- Telephone contact for all stakeholders of Spitex Zimmerberg AG
- Advice and information for customers and their relatives
- Collaboration and initial contact with the General practitioners, hospitals as well as homes and rehabilitation clinics
- Admission and data collection of new customers
- Preparation and planning of assignments for employees
- Control of the expiry dates of medical orders and planning of needs assessments
- Independent, responsible care and support of customers Requirements profile:
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ or as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in nursing
- Strong organizational skills and Networked thinking
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- High social and communication skills as well as a professional, customer-oriented demeanor
- Physical and psychological resilience
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Good IT user knowledge
