- Several years of professional experience in change management, organizational design and transformation management or a comparable value creation role
- In-depth experience with control logics as well as a strong understanding of data and analysis
- Strong strategic and systemic thinking as well as the ability to translate complex issues into clear decision-making bases
- High ability to influence executive level, decision-making strength and integration and conflict ability in dealing with heterogeneous stakeholders and competing objectives fluent knowledge of German; French and/or English are beneficial Working with us:
