Main responsibilities

  • HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? (Mention 3 quantitative responsibilities) By bringing valuable insights and a quality-focused mindset, you will contribute to the evolution of our testing landscape.
  • Support the harmonisation of testing methodologies: Assist in documenting, standardizing, and promoting best practices for testing within & across various product teams, aiming for improved efficiency and consistency in our ways of working.
  • Contribute to AI for testing initiatives: Participate in the research, exploration, and initial implementation phases of AI-powered testing tools and strategies, helping to identify potential use cases and measure their impact on testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborate with Test Managers embedded in Product Areas: Work alongside embedded Test Managers to understand their specific testing challenges, gather requirements for harmonisation efforts, and support the integration of new testing approaches and tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of test strategies, test plans, and test reports.
  • Help organize and facilitate workshops or training sessions related to new testing tools or methodologies.
  • HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? (What skills do they need to succeed) You are doing a master's degree or are recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong interest in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies like AI.
  • You can follow a rapid learning curve and show impactful results (be a doer) after a short discovery phase.
