Main responsibilities
- Service in the staff restaurant & Café Chiara: You will look after our employees and external guests with warm, professional service.

- Catering assistance & guest relations: As the contact person for our patients, you will not only take care of individual meal requests, but also all other non-medical concerns that make their stay more pleasant.
- They collect feedback and thus guarantee personal, tailor-made support.
- Care and support: Working closely with patients, you take care of their needs with empathy.
- It's not just about the food, but also about the little things that make your stay easier and more pleasant.
- Hygiene and occupational safety: You are responsible for complying with our high hygiene and occupational safety standards so that both patients and employees are safe and well cared for at all times. Requirements:
- Completed gastronomy or hotel management training as well as solid professional experience in service in upscale gastronomy or Hotel industry
- Strong service orientation and excellent manners
- Passion for gastronomy and a keen sense of detail

- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
- Interest in dietetics and empathetic handling of often severely ill patients.
