The Biel Hospital Center is the public center hospital of the bilingual Biel-Seeland-Berne Jura region. Are you interested in working alongside our 2,300 employees for the health of our population?

In order to strengthen our dedicated team in the management of technical in-house projects as well as for the future planning of commissioning and acceptance of the technical infrastructure in the hospital new construction project, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement:
Technical/project manager/in 80-100 %
You do.
- Support in the field of building technology in the hospital new construction project
- Managing technical projects at the Beaumont location and the outdoor locations
- Planning, coordination and execution of technical feasibility studies in cooperation with external specialists
- Preparation of specifications and requirements, as well as compliance with the project objectives, taking into account the relevant standards and regulatory requirements
- Demand survey in cooperation with various specialist areas and user groups
- Accompanying installation, acceptance, training (demand clarification and organization) and accompaniment of the transfer to the operation of the technical installations
- Control, management and monitoring of suppliers, specialist planners and internal/external service providers

- Completed studies (HF/FH/Uni/ETH) in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, building technology HLKKSE or comparable qualification, ideally with EFZ of a technical vocational apprenticeship as basic training
- Several years of professional experience as a technical project manager and managing project teams, ideally in the hospital environment
- Knowledge of the application of relevant standards and regulations
- Secure use of MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Very good knowledge of German (level C1 or mother tongue) and knowledge of French, in word and writing are required, technical knowledge of English
- Experience in personnel management is beneficial
