- In den SAP Verkaufsmodulen bringst du sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP SD und SAP S/4HANA Service mit, idealerweise ergänzt um Kenntnisse in MM, IM, FI und CO.
- Im Applikationssupport übernimmst du Verantwortung vom First bis Second Level und stimmst dich souverän mit Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern ab.
- Eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe Höhere Fachschule oder ein CAS in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft bringst du mit oder du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium.
- In Deutsch bist du verhandlungssicher auf Niveau C1 und auf Englisch kommunizierst du sicher auf Niveau B2.

- You ensure stable application operation in a DevOps setup and actively shape the future system landscape with SAP S/4HANA so that our sales processes run smoothly.
- Requests from First Level Support are answered professionally and you accompany users with new or changed functions.
- You ensure the second level support and you coordinate change requests reliably with external partners.
- You identify new business requirements together with specialist departments and coordinate with process and product managers for the further development of the systems.
- As an interface between management, specialist departments, IT and system providers, you bring together technical and professional requirements and ensure clear prioritization.
- You maintain master data carefully, you carry out tests on releases in a structured manner and you keep documentation and training documents up-to-date.
- You work team- and customer-oriented, think analytically and conceptually and take responsibility in cooperation with different stakeholders.
