Role overview
80-100% at the department for basic registry, introduction and computerization Oberwallis (Brig and Leuk) The Land Registry Department is responsible for the state of the rights regarding the land (e.g. property, easements or liens).
It consists of 6 basic bowers, which are distributed throughout Valais.
Teams are responsible for the introduction and computerization of the Swiss Federal Land Register into a fully computerized land register. Their tasks:
- 80-100% at the department for basic registry, introduction and computerization Oberwallis (Brig and Leuk) The Land Registry Department is responsible for the state of the rights regarding the land (e.g. property, easements or liens).
- It consists of 6 basic bowers, which are distributed throughout Valais.
- You have a certificate of competence in a commercial or technical profession or have an equivalent education You have good knowledge and experience in the land register or real estate sector You have good computer knowledge (CAPITASTRA and SAP are advantageous) You have analysis and synthesis skills You are team-oriented They carry out their tasks precisely
- You act customer-, process- and goal-oriented They are flexible, resilient and willing to participate in the realization of our projects.
