- Multifaceted role with close cooperation with Specialized Sales and Account Management as well as responsibility for the analysis of customer requirements and the development of customized, economically viable robotics and automation solutions
- Support of the sales team in technical customer meetings, workshops and webinars (mostly remote) as well as participation in the creation of technical offers and the understandable mediation of complex technical issues
- Responsibility for technical clarifications, configuration and system integration in customer projects as well as close cooperation with business units and manufacturers to test new technologies, evaluate their use in customer environments and develop solution and offer designs

Requirements
- Completed basic technical training in the subject area with further technical training and corresponding certification; technical FH or HF training is advantageous
- Good relationship network in the robotics environment as well as several years of practical experience in the field of robotics, automation or Industry 4.0
- Experience in the preparation of complex offers as well as in technical customer advice and the implementation of workshops, technical presentations and training courses
- Secure and efficient handling of IT infrastructures as well as common business tools such as CRM and ERP systems
