Company and context
- This requires very good knowledge of operational processes and plants, a high degree of technical understanding and very good organizational skills for project management. The possibility
- Matrix management of all trades and interfaces, support in personnel selection and training as well as promotion of team culture and preparation of huddles.
- Central interface to assets, asset care and support functions as well as detailed planning of all activities and ensuring the flow of information.
- Planning and implementation of interruption phases, high-level overview of planned downtimes and management and moderation of meetings and huddles.
- Preparation and maintenance of GxP-relevant documents, data analyses and key figures evaluations as well as implementation of A3 problem solvings and RCAs.
- Participation in Gemba Walks, ensuring GMP-compliant production and supporting inspections and audits, launches and transfers.
- Technical representative as SME for compliance with safety and environmental regulations to promote operational safety and implement accident prevention measures.
- Continuous improvement of productivity and costs by applying Lean Production System methods, cost-conscious work and process optimization. Who you are
- Completed studies, preferably in a technical field, or corresponding training with many years of professional experience.
- Several years of professional experience within the Manufacturing Unit.
