Their tasks

Behind every successful intervention is a safe and professional preparation of the instruments - you take on a central role in the process.

• Preparation of all medical devices incl. Borrowing instruments from operation and flexible endoscopes
• Complete documentation of the processing steps using batch documentation software BarCon (Asanus)
• Operation of all devices used, including the system for processing flexible endoscopes
• Responsibility for the proper care, maintenance and control of all equipment
• Transfer of shift and weekend services

Your profile

• Completed training as medical device technologist/login EFZ or as technical sterilisation assistant
• Professional experience in all processing steps of medical devices in the hospital environment, also advantageous with flexible endoscopes
• Good technical understanding and a reliable, careful working method
• Flexibility and resilience in everyday work
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working together in a diverse, multicultural environment
• Good knowledge of German
