- Führungsverantwortung für das Sekretariatsteam
- Empfang und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten inklusive Terminvereinbarung und Agendaführung
- Organisation und Koordination der Sprechstunden
- Durchführung von venösen Blutentnahmen und Injektionen sowie Instruktion von Patientinnen und Patienten bei Injektionen
- Verfassen von Sprechstundenberichten nach Diktat
- Kommunikation und Koordination mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen
