- Complete basic commercial training (EFZ) with multi-year professional experience in the HR environment Specific HR further education (e.g.
- HR specialist) and 2-3 years of leadership experience are provided Experience in dealing with overall employment contracts (GAV) and a pronounced affinity for labour law issues Excellent user knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Polypoint and UKA Experience in a dynamic, high-volume HR environment with the ability to keep an overview even with high timing High service orientation and a structured and reliable operation French in word and writing as well as very good knowledge of German or English Why Tertianum?
