You make sure that our trains not only roll, but that every journey remains safe and reliable. With your team you set the pace for clear specifications and regulations - and thus ensure a strong foundation on which everyone can rely in railway operations. Your contribution? Tasks

• Managing a dedicated team professionally and personnelly
• actively advancing the digital transformation of the area and developing processes, working methods and services
• taking responsibility for the creation, development and updating of operating regulations, instructions and specifications
• ensuring professional examination and approval of internal and external documents
• actively participating in internal and external departments
• ensuring timely distribution of regulations and specifications to driving personnel

Requirements

• Completed technical studies and several years of experience in the railway environment
• Safe handling of operational, regulatory and organizational conditions
• Consulting competence and a clear view for complex relationships
• Safe in the professional analysis and release of specifications and instructions
• Very good German knowledge, French a plus
• Pleasure to bear responsibility for a team and to design clear structures
