- You take overall responsibility for the service desk and ensure professional, stable, efficient and future-oriented IT support operations as well as high customer satisfaction
- In your role as a process owner, you are responsible for the processes assigned to you (incident management, major incident management and problem management).
- The continuous optimization of these processes, the control of relevant KPIs and the cooperation with various interfaces are easy for you.
- You work in interdisciplinary teams and committees and actively participate in various projects
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and have a strong hands-on mentality.

- ICT training completed, ideally with further training at HF or FH level, possibly comparable qualification and several years of professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of process management (further development, optimization and anchoring)
