- Professional and personnel management of the payroll and time management team
- Overall responsibility for an efficient, correct and legally compliant wage and time management of the clinic group Valens
- Responsibility for the support and further development of the Polypoint PEP time management system Cooperation and management of HR projects
- Advancing digitalization and optimization of payroll and time processes
- Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements
