Their tasks

• Management, promotion and support of the subordinate assembly team
• Ensuring and fine planning of day-to-day business to meet delivery deadlines
• Ensuring quality requirements and actively optimizing processes and workflows
• Personnel planning and personnel management in cooperation with HR
• Promotion of polyvalence, qualification and further development of employees
• Implementation and moderation of shop floor meetings
• Support for installation in case of bottlenecks
• Cooperation in projects and support for cross-cutting themes
• Supporting and advancing the lean philosophy

Your profile

• Basic technical training in the field of mechanics / assembly technology / electrical engineering, preferably as a polymechanic or automatic technician
• Further education as process specialist FA or comparable further education
• Several years of experience in mechanical engineering and personnel management
• Maker, motivator with empathy and high identification to the role
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Structured and responsible functioning
• IT affinity (MS office with focus on Excel and ERP)
