- We are looking for a leader with heart and attitude for one of our teams in the IT portfolio «Financing .
- You will be responsible for the personnel management of 18 employees, who will be divided into two DevOps teams: Wombat develops integrated software solutions for specialised financing, and MAINiacs is responsible for solutions in the area of handling and inventory management.

- Leading 18 employees in two DevOps teams including learners
- Coaching and developing your team as part of "Performance & Development
- Take on the Scrum Master role in the DevOps team "Wombat
- Support your team organizationally, methodologically and content-wise in the implementation of the DevOps approach
- Participation in interdepartmental working groups and committees
- Higher education in the IT sector (FH, Uni, ETH) or comparable qualification in (business) informatics
- Several years of experience with agile methods, in particular Scrum
