Company and context
- With us, you will lead a dedicated and diverse team of service technicians, stay close to daily business through regular assignments in the field (2-3 days per week) and at the same time actively shape the future of our service organization.
- Look forward to a varied management task, as a captain on the field, with a lot of creative leeway, in which your ideas are in demand and you can make a visible contribution to the success of Schindler together with your team.
- Leadership, coaching and further development of a team of around 13 service employees
- Ensuring high service quality and efficient and customer-oriented service provision
- Promoting a positive team culture and supporting your employees in their professional and personal development
- Regular assignments in the field for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to stay close to customers, employees and operations
- Active support of the repair business by identifying and sharing repair potential
- Monitoring relevant indicators and taking appropriate measures to continuously improve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Planning and organisation of the Pikett service including ensuring a reliable back-up regulation
