- Nursing specialist FH/HF with proven experience in nursing as well as acquiring in-depth knowledge for billing care services according to KVG
- Leadership training and several years of leadership experience in health or social services Experience in coaching is beneficial
- Networked thinking, communication strength, delegation ability, moderation ability, appreciation and willingness to change
