Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of your team and deputy of the nursing service management Promote, challenge and develop employees
- Manage service and deployment planning in a forward-looking manner Ensure quality and think ahead together
- Participate in everyday nursing care and take responsibility
- Actively shape cooperation in an interprofessional environment Requirements: Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
- Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care as well as leadership experience Structure, reliability and joy in teamwork
