You lead, promote and develop your dialysis team professionally and organizationally and create a motivating working environment.
You ensure high-quality, safe and patient-oriented care as well as compliance with our quality standards.
You plan and coordinate the personnel deployment and ensure that the dialysis station runs smoothly.
You are actively involved in day-to-day care and perform complex dialysis-specific treatments and shunt punctures professionally.
You promote close interdisciplinary cooperation and are committed to the continuous development of processes and quality standards.
You take responsibility for the organization of the Picett Service and participate in the weekend Picett Service if necessary.
You convince through organizational skill, sense of responsibility, decision-making and a structured way of working.
You communicate appreciatively, enjoy working in an interdisciplinary manner and understand how to motivate and develop employees.
You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing, further language skills are an advantage.
