Leadership and development of the project management team of up to ten project managers:women in the East Region
Ensuring the successful implementation of projects after receipt of orders
Monitor processes, resources, deadlines, costs and quality goals
Support of the team in technical-commercial solutions, scheduling and quality assurance
Organisation and coordination of the technical training of employees as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety guidelines
Development of efficiency measures in the project business

Electrical, safety or IT training with equivalent training (HF/FH/NDS/CAS) or equivalent
Several years of experience in project management Experience leading a team The joy of dealing with people
Resilient, committed, independent and communicative personality
Ideal experience in the security industry: Building Security | Siemens
Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
Knowledge of English and/or another national language Willingness to travel 20% Your advantages
2–3 days/week mobile work is standard
