Main responsibilities
- You prepare strategic topics for your department together with the head of sales services and implement them
- You implement the qualitative and quantitative targets of the sales management in your area
- You define, measure and analyze area-specific KPIs and derive control and management measures from them
- You set up a monitoring system for special prices, discounts and customer-specific conditions and support sales in determining prices
- You provide a timely and qualitatively correct Secure reimbursement billing
- You are responsible for the contract management process from creation to implementation in the ERP system and payment to the customer
- You design and optimize operational processes according to business principles
- You take over the management of internal projects and are involved in cross-departmental projects

- You have experience in project and process management and/or in organizational development
