As a manager, you take on the professional and personnel responsibility for our Payroll team, consisting of four Payroll specialists and a student employee.
For the entire Payroll area at Kispi, you are responsible and ensure correct, timely and legally compliant wage processing for around 3,000 employees.

- Commercial education or equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in the field of payroll, social security or human resources (e.g. social security card, payroll diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in payroll processing, ideally in a larger or hospital environment

- Leadership experience as well as the ability to accompany and develop employees in an appreciative manner
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss social security and wage system as well as safe handling of current HR / wage systems and MS Office
- Experience with relevant payroll systems (e.g.
- Polypoint, Hospis, d.3) is advantageous
- Analytical, structured and quality-conscious working method with a feel for process optimization and digitalization Stylistic German in word and writing; Further language skills are advantageous
