To complement our orthopaedic clinic team, we are looking for an They do it with us.
They lead and lead the nine-member team of the Secretariat and are responsible for the holiday planning and time reporting of the employees and ensure the smooth running of the secretariat everyday life.

Main responsibilities
- They lead and lead the nine-member team of the Secretariat and are responsible for the holiday planning and time reporting of the employees and ensure the smooth running of the secretariat everyday life.
- As a team leader, you also work in the secretarial routine. This shall include the following tasks:
- Organisation and coordination of the various office hours
- Reception of patients for outpatient consultation hours including appointments
- Completion of administrative and organisational work of the Secretariat Proofread and send all medical reports
- Supporting the medical team in administrative activities
- Telephone contact with internal and external bodies Requirements
- You are an initiative, independent and flexible personality with training as a doctor’s secretary and experience in a comparable position, which is happy to lead a team with a lot of skill and social skills.
- They see themselves as service providers for internal and external positions and are accustomed to taking on and delegating management tasks.
- In addition, you have experienced user knowledge in the MS-Office programs.
