- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von mittelgrossen Teams in einem produzierenden Umfeld (idealerweise Lebensmittelindustrie) mit.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit SAP, den gängigen M365-Tools sowie MES.
- Deine offene, gewinnende und kommunikationsfreudige Persönlichkeit erleichtert dir den Einstieg bei uns.
- Du bist bereit, Pikettdienst zu übernehmen (alle 6 Wochen von Freitag – Freitag).
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Company and context
- You are responsible for the organization and implementation of the daily shop floor and act as a hub in the communication between production, technology and production planning.
- You have completed vocational training as a dairy technologist (ideally also via the completed technical school 1 or 2) or in a food-related environment (cook/chef, baker: in, etc.).
- You bring several years of leadership experience from medium-sized teams in a manufacturing environment (ideally food industry).
- You are well versed in dealing with SAP, the common M365 tools and MES.
- Your open, winning and communicative personality makes it easier for you to get started with us.
- You are ready to take care of pikettdienst (every 6 weeks from Friday to Friday).
- You have reliable knowledge of German in words and writing.
