Our new Zurich Triemli rehabilitation clinic will open in spring 2027. At the beginning we will operate a station with about 32 beds, rented in the city hospital Zurich Triemli. Our new building is already under construction and will open at the end of 2029 and have about 140 beds. For this exciting business setup we are looking for a / e for spring 2027 Tasks: • You assume the professional responsibility and organization of the room service • For service planning, coordination and guidance of the team incl. Training new employees is your responsibility • You ensure compliance with and further development of service and quality standards • As an interface to the kitchen, care service and administration you ensure a smooth process • When optimizing processes, you actively contribute your ideas and support their implementation • The check-in and check-out of our patients you carry out independently • Mise en place work (preparation and follow-up in the service area) you do reliably • Administrative tasks as part of the room service and the day-to-day work of the station you take on independently and reliably • You work closely with the nursing staff and other professional groups of the clinic and, if necessary, provide flexible support in other areas Requirements • You bring several years of professional experience or training in the hotel, catering or service sector • Ideally, you have nursing experience • Through your strong leadership skills as well as your experience in the organization and motivation of employees, you convince • A friendly, empathetic and service-oriented personality with role model characterizes you • With your structured, responsible and team-oriented way of working, you make an important contribution to the success of the team. • Flexibility and com
