These are your tasks in the future:

• Lead and coordinate complex (large-scale) automation projects throughout Switzerland – from planning to handover;
• Ensure quality within the area through correspondence, document checks and clear success factors
• If you act as a professional reference, promote knowledge transfer and develop standards further
• Control interfaces sovereignly and coordinate all relevant stakeholders
• Are you our reliable contact person for technically complex questions
• Convince our customers with competence and promote internal cooperation through your integrity and impact
• Several years and profound experience in the planning and execution of building automation projects from the field to the control system level
• First or several years of management experience and pleasure in promoting and developing employees
• Technical training at level HF/TS, FH/HTL
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented and quality-conscious working method
• A professional, winning appearance and a confident communication style, even in demanding customer contact
• The ability to combine personal responsibility and team orientation effectively
