Role overview
Your tasks
You lead the HR services team with 6-8 employees, promote the further development of your employees and ensure efficient, service-oriented processing of all HR processes along the employee life cycle.
You are responsible for wage processing including social insurance, year-end processing as well as compliance with legal, collective employment agreements and company regulations - and actively support day-to-day operations.
