- First leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Leadership training of advantage or willingness to complete it
- Strong organisational capacity and independent and structured working methods
- Willingness to accept various services incl. Piket
- High social skills, communication strength and team orientation
- Good IT user knowledge and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
