Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the team Corporate customers in the Solothurn region as well as promotion of a performance-oriented, motivating team culture
- Active support and expansion of your own, demanding customer portfolio via further development of customers or Neuak Promotion, with a focus on financing, especially. Mortgages on return items
- Responsibility for the achievement of the target, market processing and business development of the branch
- Representation of our Solothurn branch to customers, partners and the public
- Ensuring a high quality of consulting in the team and implementing the strategic guidelines
- Conceptual and co-ordinative participation in the organisation of selected events and participation in customer events of Baloise Bank and Helvetia (incl. Customer support) Requirements:
- Higher professional training (studies, college of applied sciences) in the business or banking sector
- Multi-annual experience in customer consulting of financial customers at a Swiss bank, especially in the financing of return assets
- Management experience in banking business or willingness to perform a first management role in the described area of responsibility
- Strongly strong customer and market orientation with entrepreneurial thinking
