Team leader Caritas Care – carers 80-100 %

A role – as individual as you
For the management of our offer in the Canton of Bern, we are looking for a team management care HF/FH by agreement. In this versatile function, you take over the professional and personnel management of a team of case-leading nurses HF/FH. At the same time, as a member of the super-cantonal committee Pflege, you actively participate in the design and further development of the offer. Direct work with clients also remains part of your task: As a case-leading care specialist, you control and accompany the care process and ensure a high, person-centered care quality. In doing so, you advise and support the caring relatives competently and according to needs.

For this responsible task, we require an HF/FH degree in care and management experience, preferably at Spitex.
