• Responsibility for a team of three diagnostic technicians
• First point of contact with technical challenges for milling machines
• Proactive development of solutions and telephone consultation of our customers
• Support in the planning and coordination of customer operations of the service team
• Technical support and support of the service team

• Hotline 1st Level Customer Care Mikron MILL
• Spesen and time management as well as further development of the team of three diagnostic technicians
• Planning of service technicians with customers

• A solid basic technical training.
• Experience with machine tools, preferably with modern high-speed and high-performance milling machines
• native language German, tilesend in English. French as an advantage
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Good PC knowledge in hardware and software
• Pneumatics, hydraulics and sensors.
• Commitment, reliability and the desire to work independently.
