- Completed basic commercial training (CFC) with several years of professional experience in an HR environment Specific continuing education in HR (e.g.
- HR specialist) as well as 2 to 3 years of management experience required Experience in the management of collective labor agreements (CCT) as well as a strong affinity for labor law issues Excellent user knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Polypoint and UKG, an asset Experience in a dynamic, high-volume HR environment, with the ability to keep an overview even at a fast pace Great sense of service as well as a structured and reliable working method Fluent in oral and the written word as well as very good knowledge of German or English Why Tertianum?
