Role overview
Do you feel at home in the virtual world, want to program and develop applications and websites? Then training as an application developer: in exactly the right way for you! During the four-year basic education, you will acquire a wide range of knowledge for a successful entry into the dynamic world of computer science.
In the one-year internal basic training, you build up your practical skills independently in modular learning units and smaller projects.
After the broad basic education, you will apply and deepen what you have learned in various practical assignments – every six to twelve months you will change the work area.
You develop new applications and help expand existing applications.
You write designs, develop prototypes, perform the testing and accompany the introduction of the application.
You ensure the maintenance and quality assurance of software.
You assess software problems and develop solutions in close exchange with internal customers.
