Main responsibilities
- As one of two class teachers, you are responsible for teaching in a BPI-1 class.
- You teach adolescents and young adults in general subjects with a focus on language acquisition.
- In addition to the professional content, the choice of career and the promotion of social skills as well as the strengthening of self-efficacy are at the center of the BPI classes.
- You supervise and accompany the learners as a class teacher and mostly teach in team teaching. Requirements
- Ideally, bring You also have knowledge of curative education and/or German as a second language (DaZ) as well as experience working with young migrants.
- Experience in accompanying learners in the career selection process is an advantage.
- Flexibility, patience and a good feeling in dealing with young and adult learners
