Main responsibilities
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of teaching (clarification as needed)
- Practice-oriented teaching according to adult education criteria
- Lesson structure taking into account the different requirements of the course participants

- Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: pedagogical and/or language didactic training (e.g.
- German (fluent): Finnish: native language level / Certified level C2
- Customer-oriented, well-groomed and courteous appearance
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Provide specialist knowledge varied, participant- and goal-oriented and inspire enthusiasm
