Full description

Portrait Are you looking for meaningful work with a lot of freedom, a supportive team and an appreciative exchange? Then you are exactly right with us!

We are a medium-sized school with about 300 children and about 40 teachers. Particularly important to us are:

• Value diversity
• Promoting self-efficacy
• Motivated to work together
• To maintain a respectful coexistence
• Learning together

Tasks

You teach the four lessons in our vibrant and large age-mixed class. During two lessons you will be supported by our civil service provider.

Requirements

We want a sensitive, clear, patient and motivated teacher who appreciates working in mixed classes. You already have a teaching diploma or are in training and can therefore competently plan and carry out your lessons. Close cooperation in the team and relationship building with the children are important to you.

We offer

We are a helpful, innovative and warm team. Through mutual exchange, we constantly develop and meet each other, parents and children with appreciation. We are proud of our team of exceptionally well-trained teachers who also have a lot of experience.

We are also proud of the close cooperation with our community, which actively supports us. A school social worker is on site and we are supported by a civil service provider. In addition, we can use our indoor pool for sporting compensation over noon – if the Bielersee, where our beautiful community is located, is just too cold for swimming. In addition, we motivate each other to exercise more in everyday life, for example by participating in Bike to Work. Also our drivers: inside are not too short: We offer free parking.

The list of our benefits is much longer, and we are happy to tell you more about it in personal conversation. You can already find some points on our website: www.schule-ipsach.ch
