Tasks:
- Operation, deployment and monitoring of AWS platforms, Kubernetes clusters and container workloads.
- Ensuring the availability, security and performance of mission-critical applications.
- Planning and implementation of releases, updates and lifecycle measures.
- Incident, problem and disruption management in productive environments.
- Analysis and resolution of performance and operational issues.
- Maintenance and further development of deployment, automation and GitOps processes as well as cooperation with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- In-depth AWS expertise (IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, EC2) for operating mission-critical platforms.
- Very good Kubernetes knowledge including namespaces, RBAC, ConfigMaps, Secrets and persistent volumes.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation (terraform, helmet, GitOps/Git workflows).
- Strong Linux, container and database skills (RHEL, Docker/Podman, PostgreSQL/Aurora PostgreSQL).
- Extensive experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and incident & problem management in complex production environments.
- Very good knowledge of German (C1/C2) and good knowledge of English.
