Main responsibilities
- Operational control: You guide your team through the night shift and ensure smooth logistics operations – from the cooled temperature zones Fresh and Cold to the needs-based support of adjacent logistics areas.
- Leadership & Development: You lead your team professionally in everyday operations, promote the further development of employees and support team leadership in management tasks.
- Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros-QM) are consistently adhered to and set a good example.
- Communication & Collaboration: You ensure the flow of information and, if necessary, bring topics from the team to the responsible bodies.
- Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement, contribute your ideas and support the further development of our processes and workflows. Requirements
- 3+ years: Logistics
- Completed Vocational Apprenticeship (EFZ): Logistics
- Experience in logistics: Several years of professional experience incl.
- Completion in logistics or production environment.
- Leadership competence: You bring your first experience in the professional leadership of teams and understand how to motivate and develop employees.
