Tasks
You support team leadership in the operational and organizational leadership of the care team. To ensure professional and person-centered care, you are jointly responsible and work on development projects in the area of care. Furthermore, you take on tasks in service planning, the quality assurance of case discussions. You are the contact person: for employees, relatives and the internal interfaces and work actively in the day-to-day care.
As a result of the replacement of the Domicil Bethlehemacker, your place of work will be in Bern-Bethlehem until the end of April 2027 and in Ostermundigen from May 2027. As part of the transition location, you will be faced with varied and instructive tasks with co-creation.

- Secondary or tertiary education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK or FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- First experience in professional or organizational leadership is advantageous
- High social skills, strong communication and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to take responsibility and develop into leadership tasks
- Resilient, solution-oriented and empathetic personality
