- You support the management of the restaurant in the management of the guest company at the locations Burgdorf and Langnau and take over the deputy in their absence
- You work actively in the restaurant as well as internal and external events and ensure a smooth process
- You plan the assignments of employees and ensure a needs-based personnel assignment
- You take over checkouts and orders for food and other consumables according to internal specifications
