In assisted living at igs Bern, we offer people with severe cognitive and psychological impairment a home. Five residents live in each of our four residential groups: we accompany them around the clock during 365 days of the year. The daily structure is adapted to their individual needs and possibilities. Self-determination, autonomy and quality of life are our focus.

For our residential groups in Moosseedorf and Fraubrunnen we are looking for 1. Febraur 2027 motivated interns:women for a training internship / practical module or a preliminary internship (6-12 months) in connection with training as a social pedagogue:in, social worker:in or specialist care. • You accompany our residents in everyday life and support them in living as self-determined as possible.
• You plan and design activities inside and outside the residential group.
• You support the residents in their personal care.
• Together with the team and the residents, you will perform everyday tasks such as cooking and shopping.
• You participate in team meetings and supervisions and bring your ideas to the table. You bring that with you
• Interested in working with people in need of support
• Motivation to learn new things and develop yourself
• Commitment, reliability and teamwork
