Full description
During a 9- to 12-month internship at the Berne location, you will get a comprehensive insight into your work as a lawyer. Lawyer. By working in different teams, you can gain valuable experience in different fields of law, with a focus on business law. From the beginning, you will be actively involved in the mandate work. They conduct legal clarifications, independently write legal documents and act in courts and authorities. In addition, you accompany the legal advice in direct contact with our clients. Further tasks are the drafting and examination of contracts as well as the cooperation in corporate law issues such as start-ups, restructuring and transactions (M&A).
